Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include supporting photos when possible so we can review the issue and assist with a resolution.
Lost or Missing Packages: Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery responsibility rests with the carrier. Customers should contact the carrier directly or submit a claim using the available tracking information.
Post-Delivery Damage: Lovilea is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or incorrect storage after delivery.
